Use Inbox filters

Quickly access the interactions you need.

In addition to views and tabs, the Inbox Fullwhere offers a multitude of filters.

Pending / Handled

The different Fullwhere tabs and views provide an initial binary filter on the status of customer interactions:

  • Pending: your customer is waiting for a response from you

  • Handled: the conversation with your customer is finished for now

All Fullwhere views display customer interactions by default Pending.

Filters

Under the tabs, you will find advanced filters to refine your search:

Filter by the date the interaction arrived

E.g.: Google, TripAdvisor, Uber Eats, Email, etc.

Tag

Target interactions by detected keywords (e.g.: “Service”, “Delivery”, etc.)

Rating

Search reviews by score (e.g.: only ratings < 3)

Zone

Target a group of locations or a specific location

Text

Search for a specific word or phrase in the customer's message

Language

Filter interactions by detected language

Assigned

See interactions assigned to a particular user

Sentiment

Positive, Negative, Neutral

Emotions

Disappointment, Surprise, Fear, Joy, Anger

Themes

Complaint, Question, Compliment, Suggestion, Comparison
