Connect Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
Find your Meta messages in Fullwhere
To connect your Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook Business account, please follow the instructions below.
ACCESS RIGHTS
To connect the Meta ecosystem to your Fullwhere workspace, you must be a supervising member with Administrator rights.
Log in to your Fullwhere account.
Go to Settings
Then to Connections.
Select a platform to configure (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)
Instagram
On the "Instagram Message" card, click Configure
In the panel that opens on the right, click Connect Instagram
On the Facebook dialog page that opens, you may be asked to log in to your Facebook account if you are not already logged in on your current browser.
Once logged in, choose the Business Portfolio to which the Instagram page you want to connect to Fullwhere is attached, then click Continue:
In the next step, choose the Facebook page to which your Instagram Business account is linked, then click Continue:
In the next step, select the Instagram Business account you want to connect to Fullwhere, then click Continue:
Finally, you will be asked to save the permissions you have just granted to Fullwhere. To confirm, click Save, then I understand.
Once redirected to Fullwhere, to check that the connection has been established, go to Settings, Connections, then on the Instagram section click Edit. The Instagram Business accounts connected to Fullwhere are displayed in the panel that opens on the right.
Facebook
On the "Facebook Message" card, click Configure
In the panel that opens on the right, click Connect Facebook
On the Facebook dialog page that opens, you may be asked to log in to your Facebook account if you are not already logged in on your current browser.
Once logged in, choose the Business Portfolio to which the Instagram page you want to connect to Fullwhere is attached, then click Continue:
In the next step, choose the Facebook page to which your Instagram Business account is linked, then click Continue:
Finally, you will be asked to save the permissions you have just granted to Fullwhere. To confirm, click Save, then I understand.
Once redirected to Fullwhere, to check that the connection has been established, go to Settings, Connections, then on the Facebook section click Edit. The Facebook Business accounts connected to Fullwhere are displayed in the panel that opens on the right.
WhatsApp
Click Configure
In the panel that opens on the right, click Connect WhatsApp.
Follow the steps
Once redirected to Fullwhere, to check that the connection has been established, go to Settings, Connections, then on the WhatsApp section click Edit. The connected accounts are displayed in the panel that opens on the right.
