Connect Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp to Fullwhere

To connect your Instagram, WhatsApp or Facebook Business account, please follow the instructions below.

Log in to your Fullwhere account.

• Go to Settings

• Then to Connectivities.

• Select a platform to configure (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)

Instagram

• On the "Instagram Message" card, click Configure

• In the panel that opens on the right, click Connect Instagram

In the Facebook dialog page that opens, you may be prompted to log in to your Facebook account if this has not already been done on your current browser.

Once logged in, choose the Business Account (Business Manager) to which the Instagram page you want to connect to Fullwhere is attached, then click Continue:

At the next step, choose the Facebook page to which your Instagram Business account is linked, then click Continue:

At the next step, select the Instagram Business account you want to connect to Fullwhere, then click Continue:

Finally you will be prompted to save the permissions you have just granted to Fullwhere. To confirm, click Save then I understand.

Once redirected back to Fullwhere, to verify that the connection was successfully established, go to Settings, Connectivities, then on the Instagram card click Edit. The panel that opens on the right displays the Instagram Business accounts connected to Fullwhere.

Facebook

• On the "Facebook Message" card, click Configure

• In the panel that opens on the right, click Connect Facebook

In the Facebook dialog page that opens, you may be prompted to log in to your Facebook account if this has not already been done on your current browser.

Once logged in, choose the Business Account (Business Manager) to which the Instagram page you want to connect to Fullwhere is attached, then click Continue:

At the next step, choose the Facebook page to which your Instagram Business account is linked, then click Continue:

WhatsApp

• Click Configure

• In the panel that opens on the right, click Connect WhatsApp.

• Follow the steps

Once redirected back to Fullwhere, to verify that the connection was successfully established, go to Settings, Connectivities, then on the WhatsApp card click Edit. The panel that opens on the right displays the accounts connected to Fullwhere.
